Please schedule your carrier to pick up your outbound shipment during move-out. All drivers MUST BE CHECKED IN at the Marshalling Yard by the deadline time at the top of the page. Grit reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier. If you would like to use Grit’s preferred carrier, review GTS’s shipping form.

Each outbound shipment must have a completed Material Handling Agreement/Bill of Lading in order to ship materials from the event regardless of the carrier. To save time‚ we encourage you to complete the electronic Outbound Shipping Form in advance or visit the Service Desk at show site.
