Shipments should arrive between Monday, July 20, 2026 through Thursday, August 20, 2026 between 9 AM and 3 PM CT ONLY. 

All shipments received within the specified dates and times will be charged the Advance Shipment to Warehouse material handling fee.

Shipments arriving after Thursday, August 20, 2026, are not guaranteed to reach the venue before the show opens and may incur additional handling charges for expedited trucking and will be subject to the prevailing material handling rate.

Direct Shipment to Facility Information

Shipments will be received at the exhibit facility on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 through Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Shipments will only be received during exhibitor move-in hours and will be charged the Direct Shipment to Show Site material handling fee.

  Direct Shipment Outside Exhibitor Move-In Hours

Exhibitors who ship materials directly to the venue outside of the designated onsite shipping window may incur additional receiving, handling, storage, and delivery fees imposed by the venue. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor and are payable directly to the venue.

Please note that any venue-imposed fees are separate from, and in addition to, all freight handling, drayage, storage, and related service charges provided by Grit Productions & Expositions.

  Outbound Shipping

Please schedule your carrier to pick up your outbound shipment during move-out. All drivers must be checked in with Grit by the deadline time at the top of this page. Grit reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier. If you would like to use Grit’s preferred carrier, review GTS’s shipping form.

Each outbound shipment must have a completed Material Handling Agreement/Bill of Lading in order to ship materials from the event regardless of the carrier.  To save time‚ we encourage you to complete the electronic Outbound Shipping Form in advance or visit the Service Desk at show site. If you have additional questions, please refer to our Shipping Info FAQs.

  Safety Tips

Use a ladder, not a chair. Standing on chairs, tables and other rental furniture is unsafe and can cause injury to you or to others. These objects are not designed to support your standing weight. 

Be aware of your surroundings. You are in an active work area with changing conditions during move in and move-out. Pay attention. Look for obstacles, machinery and equipment that are in use.

Keep your eyes open for scooters and forklifts. The drivers of these vehicles may not be able to see you.

Stay clear of dock areas, trucks and trailers. These areas can be particularly dangerous.

Prevent electrical shocks, falling items and damage to materials. Do not attach items or equipment to the drapes or metal framework provided for your booth. This can cause serious injury or damage to materials.

We discourage children from being in the exhibit hall during installation and dismantle. If children are present during installation and dismantle, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Grit Expositions does not ship or handle Hazardous Materials. If any materials you are shipping to the event fall into this category, please contact us to be sure the material will be allowed at the facility and by the association. In addition, if authorized by the facility and the association, you will need to make separate arrangements for the transport and handling of the approved materials, since Grit Expositions will not transport or handle them.

The operation or use of all motorized lifts and motorized material handling equipment for installation/dismantle of exhibits is NOT permitted by exhibitors or by their exhibitor appointed contractors (EAC’s).
